Garlic-Mushroom-Cauliflower Skillet

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Saute the onion in the butter and olive oil until softened. Add the mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are well browned. Remove any excess liquid.
  2. Add the cauliflouwer and cook until brown, crispy, and caramelized. Add the chicken stock, thyme, 1 T parsley and garlic and reduce to form a sauce. Season to taste.
  3. Plate, garnish with the remaining parsley, and serve.
